Being involved in almost the whole process of software development — from product requirements to implementation, QM and support — in a sector that really lacks good, broadly integrated solutions is what makes the work meaningful. The combination of being part of the full dev pipeline and the responsibility the company gives me has pushed me to grow far beyond what university asked of me.

We're organised into tribes — each one a tight squad of engineers, designers, and domain experts who work on a product area together, end-to-end. No hand-offs between departments. No tickets disappearing into a backlog. Just small, fast, cross-functional squads that own their problems and move together.
We're tackling problems that don't have clear playbooks yet — and that's exactly what makes it exciting. What keeps me here is the impact: building systems people truly depend on, alongside a team that cares deeply about doing things right.
I enjoy working on complex backend challenges while knowing that what we build actually helps improve patients' lives. Being able to turn complex health data into something meaningful makes the work even more rewarding.
